About The Arc
A coffee van sells coffee. We provide a catering service. We're not there to run a till and move a queue — we're there to take care of your guests for the duration of your event.
That means consistent quality from the first cup to the last, a setup that looks the part, and baristas who are present and professional for your whole booking.
We cater weddings, corporate events, brand activations, product launches, conferences, open days, networking events, and private gatherings — anywhere people appreciate great coffee. We also offer recurring office service for teams who want specialty coffee on a regular cadence.
We're based in the Mary Valley, QLD. We regularly serve events across the Sunshine Coast including Noosa, Gympie, Eumundi, Cooroy, and Caloundra — as well as Brisbane and Hervey Bay. If you're anywhere in South East Queensland, get in touch.
Pricing & what's included
Simple flat-rate pricing based on your guest count and event duration. No per-cup fees, no drink tallying, no surprises. Packages start from $500.
Everything. Professional barista service, espresso machine, specialty-grade coffee, full equipment setup and pack-down, unlimited drinks for your guests, and dairy and non-dairy milk options as standard. Custom cups and signage are available at an additional cost.
Logistics & setup
Just a flat surface and a standard power point. We're fully self-contained with onboard water and waste management — no venue tap, no drain needed. We handle the rest.
Absolutely. Our compact, clean setup works just as well indoors — conference centres, office spaces, and modern venues are all ideal.
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service begins to set up and dial in the machine. You won't see us scrambling on the day.
The coffee
Our espresso blend is sourced from one of Australia's finest independent roasters — chosen for its consistency, depth, and how it performs under event conditions. It makes a genuinely excellent flat white.
Hot and iced espresso drinks (lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, long blacks and more), cold brew, organic hot chocolate made with real cacao and panela sugar, and Melbourne Breakfast Tea. Oatly oat and Milklab almond milk are included as standard. Ceremonial matcha, decaf, and batch brew are available as add-ons.

Office & recurring service
Yes. We offer recurring office service for Brisbane teams who want specialty coffee on a consistent schedule — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We bring the full setup to your office, serve your team, then pack down and leave. Nothing for you to manage.
Tell us your team size and preferred day, we put together a flat-rate monthly quote, and you pick your cadence. Your barista shows up on schedule every time — same quality, same setup, zero logistics on your end.
No. You can adjust your schedule or cancel with two weeks notice. We'd rather earn your business every visit than hold you to a contract.

Often, yes. A fortnightly visit is something teams look forward to — and it typically costs less per person than a daily café run. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest answer based on your team size.

As early as possible, especially for weddings and peak-season events. Popular dates book out well in advance — though we're always happy to check availability for shorter notice events.
