Common questions, answered
What is included in a coffee cart booking?
Professional barista service, equipment, cups, coffee, milk and everything else needed to serve your guests. It's one flat rate with unlimited drinks, so there's nothing to count or reconcile afterwards, and setup and pack-down are handled for you.
What do you need from me to set up a coffee cart?
When you get a quote, you will also get a detailed list of exactly what we need, but it's basically just a flat, level space and access to a standard 10A power point. We bring everything else, including water, so there's very little to organise on your end.
What areas do you service?
We're based in the Sunshine Coast region and regularly service events across Brisbane, Noosa and broader South East Queensland. If you're just outside these areas, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak-season corporate events, as our calendar fills quickly. That said, we can often accommodate short notice depending on availability, so it's always worth asking.
How many coffees can you serve per hour?
With our current workflow, one barista can serve around 50 coffees per hour. For larger events, we'll add baristas and carts to your quote based on the event details provided upon enquiry.
What sort of events do you service?
Corporate offices, product launches, brand activations, conferences and functions, as well as weddings and private gatherings.
Can you set up outside?
Yes, absolutely. We just ask for a wet weather backup option.
